Spectra Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders).
- Personal care items (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To get a different item, the best approach is to return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
To qualify for a return under this policy:
- The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
